Sheridan, WY – August 5, 2026 – Open Clear Capital Inc. (“OCC” or the “Company”) today announced that it has acquired the domain exchangefy.com, along with the related software, source code, intellectual property, customer lists, and associated digital assets of a PHP-based cryptocurrency and money exchange platform.


The acquisition includes the complete source code and technical materials for the exchange application, customer and inquiry data, intellectual property rights, documentation, and related assets.


This transaction supports OCC’s ongoing development of its Web3 infrastructure, including the OCC Launchpad. The acquired software and related assets provide additional technical capabilities that the Company intends to evaluate and integrate to enhance its platform offerings and accelerate product development.

The seller has agreed to provide technical support to assist with the integration of the software into OCC’s platforms, including the OCC Launchpad.
