Open Clear Capital is advancing its plan to provide shareholders with liquidity through the public markets. The company is completing the regulatory and administrative steps to begin trading on the OTC Markets as an initial step, while preparing to become an SEC reporting issuer.

In parallel, the company is evaluating operating-company opportunities in healthcare, life sciences, and the resource sector that already have growing sales and earnings. Management believes these opportunities can create more shareholder value than a primary focus on the crypto sector, where the regulatory environment, while improved, remains challenging for most companies.

Open Clear Capital continues to manage its digital asset treasury, which includes Bitcoin and other digital asset protocols and applications, and holds a preferred share position in a public company that has secured a producing gold mining operation. Both remain part of the company’s holdings.

As part of this strategic shift, the company has updated its logo and launched a new website.

The objective remains to build long-term shareholder value while progressing toward public markets.
