Sheridan, WY – October 2, 2026 – Open Clear Capital Inc. (“OCC” or the “Company”) today reported that its digital-asset treasury recovered more than 75 percent in the quarter ended September 30, 2026, ahead of Bitcoin, which rose about 43 percent in its strongest third quarter in nine years and its best quarter since 2024. Ethereum rose about 71 percent over the same period, its strongest third quarter on record.

Bitcoin finished the third quarter up about 43 percent, from roughly $58,600 at the start of July to about $83,600 at the end of September. That was its strongest third quarter since 2017, and its best quarter since 2024. It also broke a run of three losing quarters. Ethereum did better. It rose about 71 percent, from about $1,570 to about $2,680, its strongest third quarter on record and its best quarter since 2021. U.S. spot Bitcoin funds took in about $6.3 billion over the quarter, reversing the outflows of the three months before. Spot ether funds took in about $3.1 billion after two quarters of redemptions.

The context belongs in the same paragraph. Bitcoin is still about a third below its October 2025 high. Ethereum is still well below its 2025 high. A recovery from a long drawdown is not a new high, and a strong quarter is not a forecast.

Our own book moved ahead of that market. After the drawdown from the last cycle highs, the digital-asset treasury recovered more than 75 percent over the quarter, against Bitcoin’s 43 percent. That mark is a point-in-time figure on the holdings. It is not a promise about the next quarter, and it is not a distribution.

The work of the quarter has been the disclosure calendar as much as the market. The company is preparing its OTC Markets disclosures, including consolidated financial statements, the annual report, the quarterly reports, and the other documents that go with a posting. That preparation is underway. . Alongside it, work has continued on the launchpad and the wallet.

Figures for Bitcoin and Ethereum are drawn from published market data for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, and are shown for context. The treasury mark is an internal, point-in-time figure on the Company's digital-asset holdings over that quarter. It is unaudited, it is not a net-asset-value calculation, and it has not yet been presented in an OTC Markets filing. Digital-asset prices move sharply. A gain over one quarter, including a gain larger than Bitcoin's, is not a forecast of the next quarter, and past performance is not a guide to future results.

Statements about disclosures being prepared, and about the launchpad and the wallet, are statements of current intention. The annual report, the quarterly reports, and the consolidated financial statements are not posted. Timing, content, and whether a filing is accepted are not assured.
